Off Ice Workouts

The Granite City Lumberjacks and FAST/Cross-Fit Factory have teamed up to provide workouts 2-3 times per week for the entire hockey season.  Players train with a variety of functional movements that are grouped into a timed or scored workout.  They do pull-ups, squats, puch-ups, weightlifting, running, plyos and a host of other movements.  Always varied, always changing and always producing results.
